Planterra and our trusted catering partner serve as the primary providers of all food and beverage for your celebration. As long as your event meets our food and beverage minimums, select outside culinary elements are welcome, including:
Wedding cakes
Dessert stations
Late-night bites
Edible guest favors or gifts
All outside food must be provided by a licensed and insured vendor operating from a certified kitchen, and delivered directly by that vendor. Outside vendors are responsible for all setup, display, service items, and end-of-night breakdown and removal.
We are also pleased to accommodate specialty cultural cuisine as an enhancement to cocktail hour, dessert service, or late-night offerings. These items are not incorporated into our catering partner’s plated dinner service and must be sourced through a licensed and insured caterer. Additional culinary staff or service team members may be required to ensure seamless execution.
To maintain the cohesive design experience Planterra is known for, Planterra is the exclusive provider of all floral and décor for weddings and events hosted at the Conservatory.

We love a meaningful, personal touch—and yes, pets are welcome as part of your wedding ceremony or presentation. Domesticated dogs may participate in the celebration.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must remain leashed at all times while onsite and must leave during the cocktail hour. A designated owner or handler must remain responsible for their care at all times. Should a pet cause damage or soil the Conservatory the host will be responsible for any associated cleaning or repair costs.
Yes. Planterra offers a private VIP Suite designed exclusively for the couple. The suite includes a comfortable sitting room, dressing area, and private restroom, and also serves as a discreet headquarters for corporate and non-profit events.
Access to the VIP Suite is granted three hours prior to your ceremony. Hair and makeup services are completed off-site—at a hotel, salon, or private residence—but couples and wedding parties are welcome to dress at the Conservatory.
In addition, we offer a stylish pre-ceremony lounge for the wedding party to gather and celebrate, along with an adjacent dressing area. The private lounge closes following cocktail hour, but may be extended as a VIP bar or lounge experience for an additional fee
